Tariff in rupees is applicable for Indian nationals only. Tariff in USD is applicable for foreign nationals and non-resident Indians. Rates are based on the exchange value of local currency into USD and are therefore subjected to currency fluctuation of exchange rates based on the market and the Reserve Bank of India. A service tax of 10% will be applicable on the above rates. No extra charges are applicable for children below the age of 12 years for occupying the same room without an extra bed.

Cancellation Policy

• Full pre-payment is required at the time of reservation.
• If the reservation is cancelled before 21 days of the date of arrival, there will be no retention.
• Within 15-21 days of the date of arrival, 50% of the 1st night stay will be charged as retention.
• Within 07- 15 days of the date of arrival, 100% of the first night stay will be charged as retention.
• Any cancellation less than 7 days, entire stay would be charged as retention.
